The Supply Register is recruiting confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to support William Lovell Academy, part of the Lincoln Anglican Academy Trust. This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, sports coaches, youth workers, or anyone with experience leading groups of young people. No QTS required. About the Role As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll step into the classroom to provide short‑term or day‑to‑day cover during teacher absence. You’ll supervise pupils as they complete pre‑set work, maintain a positive learning environment, and ensure lessons run smoothly. You’ll play an important role in keeping students engaged, focused, and supported throughout the school day.
