Duties include:
Carry out day to day legal administration on behalf of lenders
Use the CMS to progress cases efficiently.
Ensure workflow through the case management system.
Deal with incoming correspondence and calls.
Proactively progress cases.
Undergo training and attend courses where appropriate.
Complete monthly remortgage transactions.
Ensure all property charges are cleared.
Maintain service levels per lender SLAs.
Arrange Title Insurance where required.
Attend team meetings.
Participate in performance reviews.
Reinforce company values and culture.
Assist other departments as required.
Other duties as role develops.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a proactive, organised Case Handler who can confidently manage day‑to‑day legal administration for our lenders while progressing cases efficiently through our CMS. You’ll handle incoming calls and correspondence, keep workflow moving, and proactively drive each case to completion. You’ll complete monthly remortgage transactions, ensure all property charges are cleared, maintain lender service levels, and arrange Title Insurance when required.
You’ll be someone who’s open to learning, attending training, and developing as the role evolves. You’ll take part in team meetings and performance reviews, uphold our company values, and support other departments when needed. As the business grows, you’ll be flexible in taking on new responsibilities and contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment.
