Legal Administrator

Anderson Knight is delighted to be recruiting for a Legal Administrator on behalf of our client based in Glasgow. Reporting to the Legal Relay Manager, you'll play a key role in managing customer complaints throughout the lifecycle of motor finance agreements, ensuring they are handled accurately and in line with regulatory requirements. Location: Glasgow Salary: £23,500 Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm Contract: 6 Month Fixed-Term Contract (with the possibility of extension) The Role * Accurately log and manage customer complaints in line with FCA regulations and company procedures. * Monitor shared inboxes, ensuring enquiries are responded to or allocated promptly. * Provide professional support to customers and internal stakeholders. * Contact customers and third parties by phone and email to obtain additional information where required. * Maintain accurate records and ensure all administration is completed to a high standard. About You * A recent graduate or someone with previous administrative or customer service experience. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. * Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. * Able to build positive relationships and manage sensitive information professionally. * Experience handling customer enquiries is beneficial but not essential.
