IT Support Technician

Talentmark are recruiting for an IT Support Technician to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months. This role is fully site based in Bracknell with some ad hoc cover for a site in Basingstoke.    Company: Our client is one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. They focus on finding answers for some of the world's most urgent medical needs.   Salary: £15.12 ph to £20.16 ph depending on experience   IT Support Technician Role: Act as primary point of contact for a range of IS systems, including hardware, software and applications. Work directly to address computer issues and help create a world-class digital service. Proactively identify and remediate potential hardware issues, leveraging data analytics to determine areas of focus, and ensure devices meet security standards. Work in walk-up support areas for tech support.Your Background: Certification as IT Technician will be an advantage (e.g., Microsoft Certified IT Professional etc). Excellent technical and non-technical communication skills. Basic understanding of multiple operating systems (Windows, Mac, iOS). Diagnostic and problem-solving skills with focus on endpoint devices, peripherals, and advanced knowledge of all O365.
