We are seeking a Tenancy Specialist - ASB to provide expert support in managing anti-social behaviour cases within the property department of a not-for-profit organisation. Description Manage and resolve cases of anti-social behaviour (ASB) in line with organisational policies and procedures. Provide advice and support to tenants experiencing ASB, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver effective solutions. Maintain accurate records of all ASB cases and prepare reports as required. Conduct investigations and gather evidence to support case resolutions. Deliver preventative measures and initiatives to reduce the occurrence of ASB. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations within the property sector. Assist in fostering a safe and harmonious living environment for all tenants.Profile A successful Tenancy Specialist - ASB should have: Proven experience in tenancy management or a related field within the property sector. Knowledge of anti-social behaviour legislation and best practices. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. A commitment to upholding the values of a not-for-profit organisation.Job Offer An hourly rate of £18.00 to £20.00, depending on experience.
