Dual Residential Children’s Home Manager
Sheffield • £53,000–£62,000 • Full-time

We’re looking for an exceptional Dual Residential Children’s Home Manager to oversee two solo-bed children’s homes in Sheffield. This is a unique opportunity for a confident, compassionate manager who can lead with vision, stability, and heart.

What You’ll Lead
As Dual Manager, you will:
- Oversee the full operation of two solo-bed children’s homes
- Ensure both homes meet and exceed Ofsted and regulatory standards
- Lead, inspire, and develop staff teams across both settings
- Drive high-quality safeguarding, care planning, and risk management
- Build strong relationships with local authorities, schools, and health partners
- Support children’s education, emotional wellbeing, and personal development
- Manage budgets, resources, staffing, and rota planning
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice
Your leadership will set the tone for excellence across both homes.
What You Bring
- Level 5 Leadership & Management
- At least 2 years’ experience in residential childcare, including 1 year at xwzovoh senior level
- Strong safeguarding knowledge and confidence in managing risk
- Experience leading teams and driving high-quality practice
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- A commitment to trauma-informed, child-centred care
- The resilience and passion needed to lead two specialist homes
