Electrical Maintenance Engineer – City of London – £47,000 + Excellent Benefits We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established building services provider at a prestigious site in the City of London. The Role: As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across a modern commercial property. You will ensure all electrical systems are maintained to the highest standards, contributing to the smooth operation of the site. Working Hours: * Monday to Friday * 8:00am – 5:00pm Key Responsibilities: * Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works * Fault finding on electrical systems and associated plant * Maintenance of lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, and control systems * Ensuring all works are completed in line with health & safety regulations * Liaising with site management and subcontractors when required Requirements: * Fully qualified electrician (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) * 18th Edition (essential) * Previous experience in commercial building maintenance * Strong fault-finding ability and proactive approach * Good communication and teamwork skills Package: * Salary: £47,000 per annum * Overtime available * Pension scheme * 25 days annual leave + bank holidays * Private healthcare * Ongoing training and development * Clear progression to senior engineering roles This role is ideal for an Electrical Engineer looking for a better work-life balance without compromising on career growth and earning potential.
