About the role

Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant – KS2 Full Time | August 2026 – July 2027 Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 3:30pm We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to work with a small group of Key Stage 2 pupils within a welcoming and inclusive primary school setting in Leicester. This rewarding role is ideal for someone with strong behaviour management skills, a calm and consistent approach, and experience supporting pupils who may require additional behavioural, emotional or learning support. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping pupils access learning, build positive relationships and develop confidence within the classroom environment.
