Children'S Residential Support Worker

Children’s Support Worker We are seeking passionate and dedicated female Children’s Support Workers to join our team on a fixed rota. As a Children’s Support Worker, you will work collaboratively to deliver high-quality care and provide vital emotional support to young people. You will play a key role in empowering them to make informed choices, exercise their rights, and develop independence in a safe and supportive environment. Shift Pattern: * 2 on, 3 off * 08:00 – 22:00 Requirements: * Full UK manual driving licence * Minimum of 6 months’ experience in Social Care * A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgemental approach * Calm under pressure with strong interpersonal skills * Reliable, committed, and proactive with a positive “can-do” attitude Important Information: * We are unable to offer visa sponsorship.
