Graduate Process Engineer

A global engineering and technology team based in Fareham are looking for a Graduate Process Design Engineer. What You’ll Be Doing * Supporting the design and development of industrial systems, particularly in thermal and fluid processes * Assisting in the creation and evaluation of P&ID diagrams (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams) * Contributing to the design of systems, pump skids, and process modules * Working alongside global engineering teams to deliver tailored technical solutions * Participating in engineering analysis (e.g. CFD, FEA) with guidance from experienced engineers * Supporting engineering changes and continuous improvement initiatives What We’re Looking For * A degree in Chemical Engineering (or closely related discipline) * Strong interest in process design, thermodynamics, and fluid systems * Good understanding of engineering fundamentals * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Benefits: 27 days holiday, company pension, hybrid work arrangements and opportunities for global travel
