London (Hybrid) | £27-30,000 base salary + OTE £50-60,000 in year one.

The Role

We’re looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, social, and entrepreneurial environment.

Someone who enjoys building relationships from scratch, is motivated by success, and isn’t afraid to get uncomfortable to achieve exceptional results.

You will:

• Drive business development, securing new client partnerships across Europe
• Conduct proactive outreach through cold calls, networking, and market mapping
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process - sourcing, qualifying, and closing top talent
