Benefits: Competitive salary between £40,000 and £50,000 per annum Opportunity to earn a Time Saved Bonus for hours worked over 45 per week Standard 45-hour week, Monday to Friday Consistent workflow providing ongoing work Supportive, friendly team atmosphere with staff members who have long tenures Excellent working hours from 8:00am to 5:30pm Opportunities for professional development, including training in advanced vehicle systems such as ADAS calibration Generous holiday entitlement of 25 days plus bank holidaysDuties of a MET Technician: Carrying out vehicle repairs and maintenance to high standards Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults using modern equipment Supporting the team with vehicle repairs, including electrical systems and mechanical components Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer standards and safety protocols Working efficiently within a busy workshop environment to meet productivity targets Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless workshop operations and customer satisfactionRequirements: Proven experience as a MET Technician, with a focus on vehicle repairs and maintenance Automotive qualification such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent Knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and mechanical repairs Experience working with ADAS systems is highly desirable but training can be provided Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, hardworking, and committed to delivering quality workmanship Enthusiastic about continuous learning and technical developmentIf you are a motivated MET Technician seeking a rewarding role with a reputable employer in Crawley, we want to hear from you.
