Technical Services Manager (Refrigeration) Warrington We’re looking for a Refrigeration Technical Services Manager to take ownership of technical excellence across a growing, dynamic organisation. This is a high-profile, influential role where you’ll act as the go-to expert for refrigeration systems—supporting projects, driving innovation, and shaping best practice across operations, engineering, and customer delivery. Support engineers, operations, and project teams with expert technical guidance Project & Operational Support Support projects from concept through to completion Conduct site surveys and contribute to solution development Assist with installation, commissioning, and handover phases Engineering & Service Excellence Help identify recurring issues and implement improvements Experience in the refrigeration industry (commercial essential) Strong technical knowledge of commercial & integral refrigeration systems Proven experience supporting projects, installations, and service teams F-Gas certified + full UK driving licence Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability Competitive salary ~25 days’ holiday + bank holidays, company pension, private medical insurance, life assurance & corporate eyecare scheme. ~ Continued learning & development supporting your career progression.
