Your Role Will Include Providing classroom support across EYFS and Key Stages 1 & 2 Delivering targeted interventions and supporting learning outcomes Assisting pupils on a 1:1 basis where required Providing interventions to small groups of pupils where needed Encouraging engagement and positive behaviour Collaborating with teachers and wider school staffTo Be Considered, You Will Have A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification (or relevant experience) Previous experience within a school or nursery setting Confidence supporting children across different age groups A reliable and committed approach to workWhy Work Through Academics?
