MOT Technician/ Vehicle Technician

Motor Vehicle Technician* *Garej Bowydd Garage Ltd — Blaenau Ffestiniog* *From £36,000 per year (DOE) | Full-Time | Permanent* Busy independent garage specialising in Land Rover, VW Group, BMW,Merc and other prestige vehicles is looking for a dependable, experienced Motor Vehicle Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced technician from either a main dealer or independent garage who wants a better work-life balance and varied, hands-on mechanical work. Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm * Saturday overtime available (optional) * You will carry out a wide range of mechanical repairs and servicing to a high standard, including: * Routine servicing & maintenance * Brakes, suspension & steering work * Advanced diagnostic work available for the right candidate, including ECU programming/remapping and DPF/AdBlue system diagnosis and repair * Mot testing (MOT licence not essential — *training can be provided for the right candidate)* Salary from £36,000 depending on experience * Monday–Friday working hours * 22 days holiday + bank holidays * Paid birthday off * Ongoing technical training from leading UK providers * Company pension * Company vehicle provided after successful completion of probation * Use of workshop facilities for personal vehicles available by arrangement * Clean, modern, well-equipped workshop Confident carrying out servicing and mechanical repairs to a high standard * We are a professional, growing independent garage with a strong reputation and a supportive working environment. *Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Company pension
