Temporary Receptionist Location: East Grinstead Pay: £12.71 per hour Hours: 8:45am - 5:15pm, with 1 hour lunch break Start Date: Week Commencing 18th May Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a local company in search of a Temporary Receptionist to provide cover for the week commencing 18th May. There is also potential for ongoing temporary work for the right person once settled into the role. We are looking for a professional, friendly and organised individual who enjoys working in a front-of-house environment and delivering excellent customer service. Main Duties: Welcoming patients as front of house for the clinic Providing a warm, friendly and professional first impression Answering incoming telephone calls and booking appointments using the Accuity booking system Managing and responding to emails Calling patients upon practitioners' requests Preparing patient files for the relevant practitioners each day Ensuring clinic rooms are prepared and ready for use Using MS365 confidently within daily tasksThe Ideal Candidate Will: Have previous receptionist or front-of-house experience Be well presented with excellent communication skills Be organised and able to multitask in a busy environment Have good IT skills, including MS365 Be reliable, personable and proactiveIf you are immediately available and looking for a varied temporary role with the possibility of further ongoing work, we would love to hear from you.
