Packing Operative Location: Sittingbourne Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:00pm Friday: 7:30am - 1:00pmWe are currently recruiting for a reliable and detail-focused Packing Operative to join a busy and well-established manufacturing company based in Sittingbourne This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys hands-on work within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Working as part of a small, supportive team, you will play a key role in ensuring products are prepared, checked, and packed accurately to meet company standards. Key Responsibilities: Preparing and packing products to specific company requirements Checking incoming deliveries and verifying stock quantities Inspecting goods for damage or discrepancies Picking and organising components ready for packing and dispatch Maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail Supporting general warehouse and production duties as requiredThe Ideal Candidate Will Have: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy The ability to remain focused whilst carrying out repetitive tasks A positive and proactive attitude Good teamwork and communication skills Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or packing experience would be advantageous, although not essentialThis is initially a temporary role with the opportunity to become permanent.
