Job Title: Contracts Manager Location: Central Belt, Scotland (Hybrid – Glasgow City Centre Office / Home / Site) Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent Industry: Interiors & Acoustics Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 DOE + Car Allowance About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced, ambitious, and dynamic Contracts Manager to join a growing business within the interiors and acoustics sector. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will oversee several live projects across Scotland, managing site teams, foremen, budgets, tenders, operational performance and client relationships. Projects typically range from £50K - £500K in value, and the role will involve overseeing multiple projects at any one time across a variety of commercial environments. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage multiple live projects across Scotland from pre-construction through to completion • Manage site teams, supervisors, and foremen to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget • Monitor project budgets, commercial spend, and overall financial performance • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors • Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and company procedures • Assist with tender submissions and support the bid process for new and existing projects • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are achieved • Assess and mitigate contractual, commercial and health & safety risks • Develop and maintain commercial quoting systems using Excel • Prepare accurate pricing models and quotations for clients • Work closely with supply chain partners to ensure smooth procurement and delivery schedules • Coordinate site surveys and ensure all tools, equipment, and materials are prepared in advance • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business • Communicate effectively with internal departments including design, sales, production, supply chain and installation teams Requirements: • Previous experience in a Contracts Manager or senior operational role within construction, fit-out, interiors or acoustics • Experience managing multiple live projects and site teams simultaneously • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and project spend • Experience supporting tenders and bid submissions • Excellent Excel and commercial quoting skills • Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and risk management • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Highly organised with strong time management abilities • Ambitious, driven, and career-focused mindset • Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment • Full UK driving licence • Full right to work in the UK Personal Competencies: • Strong ethics and professionalism • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities • Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills • Ability to manage confidential information • Flexible and adaptable approach • Strong conflict management skills • Forward-thinking and detail-oriented mindset What We Offer: • Salary package of £50,000 - £60,000 DOE • Car allowance • Private healthcare • Training & development options to upskill • Hybrid working between Glasgow city centre office, home and sites. • Opportunity to join a dynamic and ambitious growing business • Genuine career progression opportunities • Collaborative and supportive team environment • Ongoing professional development opportunities How to Apply: Please apply today by attaching an up-to-date CV and contact number for immediate consideration & a confidential conversation.
