Our client, a well-established manufacturing business, is currently looking to recruit an experienced CNC Turner to join their growing production team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive working environment with opportunities available on both day and night shifts. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes, producing high-quality components, and ensuring production targets and quality standards are consistently achieved. Key Responsibilities: * Programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes * Producing components to required quality standards * Reading and following technical drawings and job instructions * Checking completed work using measuring equipment * Identifying and resolving basic machining or production issues * Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area * Working to production schedules and deadlines * Supporting continuous improvement within the workshop * Working closely with supervisors and production teams Candidate Requirements: * Previous experience within a CNC Turning role * Ability to programme and set CNC lathes independently * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality * Ability to read and work from engineering drawings * Good organisational and communication skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team What’s on Offer: * Day and night shift opportunities available * Competitive rates of pay * Overtime opportunities * Supportive working environment * Long-term career opportunities * Training and development available
