Product Definition Lead — Medical Devices & POC Systems

Talentmark is recruiting a Product Definition Lead on a 12-month contract, fully site-based in Motherwell. The role drives product definition, leads a team of systems engineers, and oversees POC system definitions to ensure complete requirements through elicitation and evaluation.

The candidate should have a Master’s or PhD in engineering or life sciences and 5+ years in requirements or systems engineering, ideally within medical devices or a regulated field. DBS check may be required.
