About the role

TSA Surveying is working in partnership with a leading building consultancy specialising in Stock Condition Surveys across the UK. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects, we are looking to appoint an experienced Data Validator to support an ongoing programme of social housing surveys across Essex and East London. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for validating survey data collected by field surveyors, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) standards. You will play a key role in maintaining high-quality asset data across a portfolio of social housing properties. Key responsibilities include: Reviewing and validating stock condition survey data Checking HHSRS information for accuracy and compliance Identifying and correcting inconsistencies or obvious survey errors Updating and managing data within asset management software Liaising with surveyors and project teams where required Ensuring data quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle Requirements: Previous experience within the Social Housing sector Strong data validation or asset data management experience Good understanding of HHSRS and stock condition surveys High attention to detail and analytical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access Ability to work independently and manage workload effectivelyContract Details: Full-time contract role Ongoing work for approximately 6–9 months Properties located across Essex and East London Paid per survey (internal and external rates) Outside IR35Interested?
