About the role

Bron Afon Community Housing owns and manages over 8,000 homes and supports 20,000 people. This is a key senior leadership role within the People directorate, reporting to the Executive Director, and responsible for HR, L&D, internal communications, engagement, wellbeing and EDI.

You will lead a team of 8, with four direct reports, and drive cultural change, agile ways of working and a modern, technology-enabled people function.
