School Administrator
Location: Windsor
Reporting To: School Business Director
Pay: £13-17 depending on experience
Hours: Full Time, Term Time Only (40 hours per week, 8:30am – 4:30pm)
Purpose of the Role The School Administrator plays a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school. This position provides administrative, organisational, and operational support to staff, pupils, and parents, helping to maintain an efficient and welcoming school environment.
Main Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support across the school, including managing emails, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
Support finance administration tasks such as processing invoices, reconciling data, and maintaining documentation.
Assist with maintaining health and safety records and ensuring compliance documentation is up to date.
Support school operations through effective use of spreadsheets, databases, and school systems.
Maintain and update pupil data using the school’s MIS system, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
Assist with attendance monitoring, reporting, data entry, and maintaining pupil records where required.
Act as a first point of contact for parents, visitors, and external agencies, providing a professional and welcoming reception service.
Support communication with parents and staff through phone, email, and written correspondence.
Provide administrative support to leadership and teaching staff as required.
Assist with the coordination of school events, meetings, and daily operational tasks.Key Criteria We are looking for someone who is:

Calm under pressure with strong attention to detail.Ideal Candidates Will:
Have previous administrative experience, ideally within a school or education setting.
Have experience using school MIS systems such as SIMS or Arbor.
Possess strong literacy, numeracy, and IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Be able to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
Understand the importance of confidentiality and safeguarding within a school environment.
Be committed to supporting the wellbeing and success of pupils and staff
