Senior National Account Manager – Drinks - Grocery

We’re looking for a Senior National Account Manager to take full ownership of grocery and discounter accounts across the UK . This is your chance to shape the future of one of the fastest-growing Health & Wellness brands in the UK.
What you’ll do:
- Lead major grocery accounts in the UK
- Deliver joint business plans to hit sales, profit, and distribution targets
- Drive NPD, promotions, and range reviews with buyers and category teams
- Work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture
Who we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a National Account Manager in grocery/retail with P&L ownership
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and category insight skills
- Someone motivated to shape the future of a high-growth challenger brand
- P&L experience combined with strong business development success
- Must have top 4 grocery exposure

Package: Up to £65k/£70k base + bonus + car allowance + personal allowance
Work-from-home contract with national coverage
