A Facilities Coordinator is required to support the operational management of a multi-site commercial property portfolio. The role will involve assisting with day-to-day facilities operations, compliance administration, contractor coordination, and occupier liaison while helping maintain high standards across all assets. Facilities Coordinator Full time, Permanent Position Salary - £40,000 - £42,000 Monday-Friday London Facilities Coordinator Job Description Assist in the smooth day-to-day running of a commercial property portfolio Monitor and update compliance records using internal systems and CAFM systems Respond to maintenance issues and coordinate follow-up actions with contractors and service providers Arrange contractor attendance on site, including permits to work and access requirements Carry out regular property inspections to ensure communal and external areas are maintained to a high standard Identify building defects or operational issues and help coordinate corrective works Support routine health & safety checks, including fire safety and emergency equipment monitoring Act as a point of contact for occupier queries and service-related requests Requirements: Previous experience within facilities management or property management Strong organisational skills and attention to detail IT literate CAFM system knowledge IOSH qualification desirable  If you feel you’re a good fit for this position, please click ‘apply
