The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
UK QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
Experience working with students with ASD (preferred but not essential)
Strong behaviour management and a calm, patient approach
The ability to plan and deliver differentiated lessons
A genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs
