About the role
NHS Highland is seeking a Team Lead at the Montrose Centre in Fort William to provide practice leadership and operational oversight for a dedicated support team. The role focuses on person-centred care, empowering adults with learning disabilities and autism to be active, independent community members.
The ideal candidate will have SVQ4 (Social Care) or equivalent, SSSC registration, and proven supervisory experience with strong communication and IT skills; driving licence is essential.
