You will:

• Lead a high-performing kitchen brigade in a busy, high-profile venue
• Champion the use of local, seasonal ingredients to elevate our menus
• Deliver consistent, high-quality dishes with flair and precision
• Inspire and mentor your team to be passionate, efficient, and proud of their work
• Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and kitchen organisation
