About the role

NHS Highland is seeking an organised, proactive Facilities Team Leader to support high-quality facilities services at Belford Hospital, with potential to assist Fort William Health Centre.

This permanent, full-time Band 4 role is 36 hours per week across 5 days, with induction and training provided. You will lead Facilities Supervisors and Assistants, coordinate rotas, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with food hygiene and health and safety standards.
