About the role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Care Coordinator to join a well-established and growing housebuilding business. This is a permanent, office-based role within a friendly and supportive customer care team of five. The Role You will play a key role in delivering a high standard of aftercare service to homeowners, acting as a central point of contact for customer queries and coordinating the resolution of any issues. This is a fast-paced position that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
