About the role

Registered Manager Established Residential Service – Autism and Learning Disabilities £Compass Associates are pleased to be working in partnership with a respected client specialising in the provision of high-quality supported living and residential services for adults with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and other complex needs. We are supporting them in the recruitment of an experienced Registered Manager to oversee their established residential service located in Easingwold. This service provides support for up to eight young adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex health needs, accommodated within modern single-occupancy bungalows. As Registered Manager, you'll have full operational responsibility for the service, and your focus will be: Leading and inspiring a team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care Ensuring safe, effective and high-quality service delivery in line with CQC regulations Collaborating with the organisation’s quality team to continually improve outcomes Overseeing budgets and demonstrating commercial awareness 8 weeks (40 days) holiday ~ Salary Sacrifice Pension scheme ~ Enhanced maternity and paternity pay ~ Free parking on site ~ Ongoing free mandatory and development training days ~ Regular promotion opportunities ~ Access to various discounts at a range of different retailers ~ Access to an employee assistance programme which includes a confidential counselling service and physiotherapy Previous experience working with adults with learning disabilities and autism Experience within a residential and/or supported living environment Strong colleague management skills, together with excellent communication skills and a strong commercial acumen. Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health & social care legislation and regulatory requirements Enthusiasm, passion and determination to achieve the highest standards and deliver the highest-quality person-centred support.
