SENIOR CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER (12M FTC) - LONDON UP TO £68,000 + 25% BONUS
The successful Senior Customer Success Manager responsibilities will include:
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise and strategic accounts, ensuring high retention, satisfaction, and growth.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across client organisations.
Support renewals and expansion conversations by demonstrating business value and ROI through usage insights and case studies.
The successful Senior Customer Success Manager will have the following skills and experience:
~5+ years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services, ideally within a SaaS, Business Intelligence, or Market Research environment.
~ Strong understanding of data, analytics, or insights products - with the ability to translate complex information into commercial value.
~ Exceptional relationship management and communication skills, capable of engaging senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
~ Commercial mindset with experience supporting renewals and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
The successful Senior Customer Success Manager will receive a salary of up to £68,000, plus an array of additional benefits.
