Handyman

We are currently looking for a Handyman. You will be working in the Edinburgh area. Van + Fuel card will be provided. Monday - Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm Temp Contract - Ongoing Pay rate - £14.57ph paye Job Purpose * Undertaking minor items of repair and maintenance to the fabric of the buildings and minor repair of fixtures and fittings. * Undertaking basic planned preventative maintenance on site, including but not limited to proactive and reactive work. * Completing compliance PPMS including PAT testing, water testing etc. * Complete full building inspections on a regular basis to ensure standards and compliance are met. * Carrying out basic technical repairs as required.
