ob Title: Plumber Multi Trader Location: Essex (Covering CO, CM & SS Postcodes) Salary: £38,000 per annum + Company Van & Fuel Card Overview We are currently looking for an experienced Plumber Multi Trader to join our team, carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance works within occupied social housing properties across the Essex area. This is a mobile role covering CO, CM and SS postcodes, so candidates must be comfortable travelling between properties throughout the working day. Key Responsibilities Carrying out a range of plumbing repairs and maintenance works in occupied homes. Completing multi-trade tasks including basic carpentry, tiling, patch plastering, painting and decorating where required. Diagnosing faults and resolving maintenance issues efficiently. Ensuring all work is completed safely, professionally and to a high standard. Delivering excellent customer service while working within residents' homes. Managing your own workload and completing jobs within agreed timescales. Requirements Proven experience as a Plumber Multi Trader within social housing, maintenance, repairs or a similar environment. Strong plumbing background with the ability to undertake additional multi-trade repairs. Experience working in occupied properties. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Full UK driving licence. What's on Offer £38,000 basic salary. Company van and fuel card. Permanent, full-time position.
