Youll ensure the smooth running of our retirement community by managing our buildings and ensuring our customers are always supported to live independently in their own home. Ensuring communal areas are clean, safe and welcoming. Working with partner contractors for any repairs and maintenance works required in communal living areas. You might also support sourcing suitable local suppliers. Knowledge of the health and social issues that affect older people. Some experience in safeguarding and carrying out risk assessments. Strong administrative skills being able to manage accounts, budgets and invoicing for any repairs to our buildings, communal areas and gardens. Permanent, part time (30 hpw) 4 or 5 days a week.We mainly work Monday to Friday, but you may need to work occasional evenings too, to support our customers.
