Join Our Growing Team! First Home Improvements is looking for confident, motivated, and customer-focused Direct Sales Consultants to join our successful sales team. If you enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and have a passion for sales, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role As a Direct Sales Consultant, you'll attend pre-booked warm appointments at customers' homes. Your role is to understand their needs, demonstrate our high-quality home improvement products, provide expert advice, and help customers choose the best solutions for their homes.
This is not cold callingyou'll be visiting customers who have already expressed an interest in our products.
Key Responsibilities Attend scheduled appointments with warm leads in customers' homes.

Deliver engaging and professional product demonstrations.

Build rapport and understand each customer's requirements.

Recommend the most suitable products and solutions.

Prepare quotations and confidently close sales.

Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.

Represent First Home Improvements professionally and uphold our excellent reputation.

What We're Looking For Previous sales experience is preferred but not essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A positive, self-motivated, and target-driven attitude.

Confidence presenting products and closing sales.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
