Business Development Director – HVAC & FM 📍 Scotland & North (Field-Based) 💰 £80,000 + Commission + Package An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Director to join a specialist HVAC & Facilities Management business, driving growth across Scotland and the North. This is a senior, high-impact role where you will take ownership of the business development function, leading from the front to win new contracts and grow existing client relationships. 🔧 The Role You will be responsible for shaping and delivering the company’s growth strategy, developing both new and existing business opportunities within the HVAC and FM sectors.
