Description
The Night Operations Supervisor provides overnight operational oversight, ensuring the Club continues to operate safely, efficiently and to the highest standards even outside of normal operational hours. The role supports with the safety and security of the grounds and guests, coordinating emergency procedures where required and ensuring operational issues are managed effectively.
About the Role
- Act as the primary overnight contact for members and guests, delivering exceptional and personalised guest experiences.
- Manage guest enquiries, arrivals, departures, complaints, and service recovery with professionalism and discretion.
- Take responsibility for the overnight operation of the Club, including Night Audit, operational handovers, reporting, and adherence to procedures.
- Supervise, support, and develop the Night Operations team, promoting high service standards and effective cross-department collaboration.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests, colleagues, and the estate by managing security patrols, emergency response, and compliance with health and safety procedures.
- Monitor and escalate maintenance, security, and operational issues while maintaining accurate incident and operational records.
- Provide operational support across departments, including Front of House, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Transport, to maintain seamless overnight operations.
- Ensure public and guest areas remain clean, well-presented, and fully prepared to support an efficient daytime operation.
- Maintain clear communication with operational teams and produce accurate overnight reports to ensure continuity between night and day shifts.
- Night shifts: 9pm - 7am on a 7 days on/7 days off rotating schedule, year round
About You

- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Confidence using systems and learning new tools
- A people-focused and approachable attitude
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with colleagues across the business
- Strong organisational skills and a willingness to support a seven-day hospitality operation
- Supervisory experience within a 4 or 5* hospitality venue
- Experience with health & safety and night working
- Fire training and First aid desirable but not essential as training will be given.
