Production Operative Days - Grantham

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Production Operative Days to work with a leading company in the food manufacturing sector in Grantham. You will be working for the client in Grantham.

Shift patterns:

• 06:00 - 14:00
• 14:00 - 22:00
• Flexible shift pattern
• Part time available (must be 8 hour shifts)

Pay rates:

• £12.71 hourly

Essential requirements for Production Operative Days:

• No qualifications needed
• If travelling from outside of Grantham, own transport would be an advantage

Your role for Production Operative Days:

• Assist in the production and packaging of food products
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety on the production line
• Monitor product quality and report any issues to supervisors
• Operate basic machinery and equipment following training
• Support general warehouse and manufacturing operations as required
