We’re partnering with a well-established recruitment business that’s looking to add an experienced Recruitment Consultant to its Sheffield-based engineering office. The office is home to five consultants and is known for its relaxed, welcoming culture where quality always comes before quantity.

This is a genuinely grown-up environment – no KPIs, no micromanagement, and no pointless call targets. The focus is on building relationships, delivering well, and doing recruitment properly.

The Role:

This is not a trainee position. We’re looking for someone who already understands the recruitment process and can add value from day one:

• Proven experience in 360 recruitment
• Background in engineering recruitment is essential (perm OR temp)
• Comfortable managing client and candidate relationships autonomously
• Values quality over volume – they’d rather see 10 meaningful calls a week than 100 for the sake of it
• Happy in a fully office-based role

What’s on Offer:

• Salary up to £38,000 DOE
• Uncapped commission structure
• Office hours: Monday–Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm/ Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm finish
