Repair Manager

Due to some exciting projects, KONE is looking for a Repairs Manager to join our London Heathrow Team.If you're someone who enjoys building strong relationships, keeping projects moving, and making sure customers receive a great service from start to finish, this could be the role for you.As a Repair Manager, you'll take ownership of the repair journey from the moment a request comes in through to a successful handover to the delivery team. You'll be the key point of contact, working closely with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to keep repairs on track, solve problems, and ensure everything runs smoothly.You'll typically spend 3–4 days a week in the office, working alongside the team and meeting with customers when needed.
