Corporate M&A Lawyer

Job Description LAW Absolute is currently working on a Corporate M&A role with an international law firm based in in London and Surrey. Their global corporate team is looking for a senior level corporate M&A lawyer to join them for 12 months on a FTC basis starting asap. You will be working directly with clients covering a diverse range of sectors including insurance, energy, tech, construction, professional services, and transport. You will support partners with a variety of matters across the group and lead or co lead on a range of deals including private M&A, joint ventures, investments, reorganisations, restructurings, and corporate governance. /n The team are incredibly collaborative, they offer a hybrid working arrangement with opportunities to travel between offices too where needed. /n Please get in touch if you are interested in exploring this role. /n /n Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide.
