Are you looking to build experience supporting children with Autism within a primary school environment? This ASD Support Assistant opportunity in Southwark from September 2026 would suit a graduate or experienced support worker passionate about inclusive education and child development.
This ASD Support Assistant role involves supporting pupils with Autism both academically and pastorally throughout the school day. The successful ASD Support Assistant will work closely with class teachers, SENCOs and external professionals to help pupils access learning, regulate emotions and build confidence within the classroom environment.
The school has developed strong SEN provision with clear routines, consistent behaviour systems and targeted intervention support across the primary phase. Staff work collaboratively to ensure pupils receive personalised support while maintaining high expectations around progress and engagement.

Weekly Pay | £500–£550 per week

• Have ambitions to progress within education, psychology or therapy-based careers
