Outdoor Activity Instructor (Group Leader)

We are looking for energetic, outgoing people to join our team as Group Leaders (Outdoor Activity Instructors) at our Maes Y Nant centre.

What you will be doing as a Group Leader (Outdoor Activity Instructor):

• Over a 3-day residential course, you will lead a group of key stage 2 children through a range of fun, adventure and themed activities.

  But it's more than that, you will:

• Build confidence in children aged 7–11
• Encourage teamwork and resilience
• Bring sessions to life through storytelling and energy
• No two days are the same, and the impact you make is real.

You don't need to be an expert, but you do need to be:

• Positive, enthusiastic, and engaging
• Experienced working with children (paid or voluntary)
• Confident leading groups
• A natural storyteller or motivator
• No prior Outdoor Activity Instructor experience needed, we will train you.
