Description Lead audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and procedures. Prepare accurate and timely audit reports for clients in the Accounting & Finance sector. Supervise and mentor junior team members to support their professional development. Maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact during audits. Perform risk assessments and develop effective audit strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive service delivery approach. Stay updated on relevant industry regulations and accounting standards. Contribute to process improvements within the audit function.Profile A successful Audit Senior should have: A recognised qualification in Accounting or Audit (e.g., ACA, ACCA). Prior experience in managing audit processes within professional services. Strong understanding of auditing standards and accounting principles. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships. Effective leadership and mentoring abilities.
