Ecom Landers specializes in designing and delivering high-converting landing pages and conversion-optimised funnels for leading Shopify brands globally. With over 5,000 projects completed, the team focuses on data-driven design, performance optimization, and scalable solutions for eCommerce growth. The company partners closely with clients to understand their audiences, conversion goals, and brand identity. This results in landing experiences that drive measurable revenue uplifts and customer acquisition for Shopify merchants doing £1M/year to £100M/year.
Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Project Manager at Ecom Landers. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of landing page and funnel projects, from initial scoping through launch and post-launch optimization. Responsibilities include coordinating timelines, managing priorities, and aligning designers, developers, copywriters, and clients to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope. The role involves tracking progress, removing blockers, reviewing deliverables for quality, and communicating clearly with stakeholders on expectations, changes, and results. The Project Manager will also help refine internal processes, document best practices, and support continuous improvement across multiple concurrent projects.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including experience planning, scheduling, and coordinating multiple digital projects (e.g., Project Management).
- Experience working as an expeditor or in expediting functions to ensure timely delivery of tasks, assets, and milestones (Expeditor, Expediting).
- Knowledge of logistics coordination for digital or creative production workflows, ensuring smooth handoffs between teams (Logistics Management).
- Ability to inspect and review project deliverables for quality, accuracy, and alignment with client requirements (Inspection).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills in a remote, cross-functional environment.
- Proficiency with project management tools (such as Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar) and basic understanding of web and eCommerce concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; experience with eCommerce or Shopify projects is a plus.
