Lead Commercial Manager (Heavy Civils & Renewable)

Salary: to £130k + package + excellent bonus / incentive scheme

Do you enjoy heavy, complex civils projects?

Do you enjoy overseeing and developing a Commercial Team? Our client is a unique business with a major portfolio of work that's about to commence, mainly focused within Renewable. There is a £1.5bn scheme which requires an experienced Commercial Manager to join where they will be responsible for overseeing the major civils packages valued in the region of £600m. You will be responsible for a team of Quantity Surveyors, and work closely with the Project Director to ensure the project is delivered within time and to the financial forecasts set. The suitable Candidate will required to have the following experience:

Excellent Contractual knowledge and understanding of NEC Option A/C Strong Pre-Construction Experience Experience in delivering Heavy Civils projects Strong knowledge of ground engineering and tunnelling Ability to lead and motivate those around you
