Role OverviewSavills is seeking a commercially minded Director to join our Cambridge Building & Project Consultancy team. This is a senior leadership opportunity to drive the delivery of major industrial and logistics developments across the region, while playing a key role in shaping the growth and direction of the business.Working with an established client base and strong regional platform, you will lead complex project management and building consultancy instructions, deepen strategic client relationships and identify new opportunities to expand Savills' presence across Cambridgeshire and the wider market.We are looking for a proven leader who combines technical excellence with a strong track record of business development, client management and team leadership.
