Working closely with Business Development, engineering teams and project stakeholders, you will manage multiple tender opportunities from initial enquiry through to submission. Key responsibilities include:Preparing technical and commercial proposals in response to client enquiries.Coordinating with engineering, survey and project teams to gather information and develop competitive submissions.Producing fee estimates using pricing tools and internal guidelines.Drafting proposal documents, executive summaries and presentation materials.Tracking proposal progress and ensuring deadlines are met.Supporting contract preparation, renewals and document management.Maintaining proposal records, databases and customer documentation.Providing proposal-related reporting and data analysis where required. You will ideally have:A degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or another relevant engineering discipline.1–5 years' experience in proposals, tendering, contracts, business development or a related commercial engineering role.Experience within the maritime, offshore or marine industry is highly desirable.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
