Compliance Manager

One Ten Associates are partnering with a private credit fund which is looking to hire a Compliance Manager to join their London office. This is a newly formed role and you'll be working closely with the COO, CFO Legal and wider business in the day-to-day management of the compliance function.

This will be a broad, generalised compliance role and you'll be responsible for:

• Leading the ongoing development, operation and improvement of the funds compliance framework, including the compliance monitoring programme, surveillance and escalation processes
• Provide daily regulatory advice and guidance to the investment team and senior stakeholders across the business
• Act as the key compliance resource supporting further growth initiatives within the firm, including new strategies
• Ensure the required regulatory filings and reporting obligations are adhered to, covering the UK, US and Europe
• Monitor the regulatory horizon and advise the business on upcoming regulatory changes which may affect the fund
• Review, advise and approve marketing materials, investor communications and fundraising documentation

The ideal candidate will have approximately 7-10+ years of compliance experience within a private credit fund. They will be able to demonstrate both the ability and the willingness to lead day-to-day compliance activities while supporting the broader business in achieving its objectives.
